The hotel room was beautifully decorated and well-appointed, had a mini bar fridge, a personal safe, and central heating. There was a big. The location was excellent and the services were very good. It was located close to the the train station.

A wonderfully spacious room with adequate closet space and a big shower. Breakfast offered a good range of options, including sushi. The sauna experience was particularly enjoyable and felt exclusive. There was a lack of in-room hot drink facilities, which would have been nice.

i loved this old-fashioned hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. the room was well-appointed and offered with high ceiling and an open window and a whirlpool bath. the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfactory with local ingredients, fresh options and also sushi. the location was particularly good and magnificent - right by the lake and a nearby bus stop.

A pleasant surprise in Viljandi
I was delighted by the extensive breakfast buffet with fresh and local ingredients. The staff were multilingual and helpful. My spacious single room had a comfortable bed, and the overall cleanliness was excellent.
